To ensure maximum safety during transport, orders containing an armchair or desk and additional accessories can be sent in several separate packages.
Orders are dispatched once all products have been completed. The order cannot be split. If your order includes a pre-ordered product, shipping will be postponed.
You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. Additionally, according to the store terms, we offer the possibility to withdraw within 365 days of receiving the goods (applies to unused goods in the original, undamaged packaging).
