All Diablo Chairs products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. It provides additional protection for your purchase and support in the event of defects covered by the warranty.

Every Diablo Chairs product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, providing support in the event of defects and faults covered by the warranty.
No additional repair costs
If a fault is covered by the warranty, the damaged part or product may be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

You can submit your warranty claim through the form or by email. Simply include a description of the issue and photos.

Warranty terms
The warranty covers product defects, including damage to mechanisms or individual parts.
Under the warranty, Diablo Chairs may remedy a defect by replacing the product or the damaged part.
We first replace the damaged part. If this does not resolve the issue, the product may be collected for service. If the issue still cannot be resolved, we offer a full product replacement or a refund.
Exclusions
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover natural wear of the surface or cosmetic changes, such as scratches or discolouration, that do not affect the functionality of the product.
The warranty does not cover theft, disappearance or loss of the product, or intentional damage.
