We know very well how important is the choice of a aprticular chair, matching your own height, body posture, desk height or room color. We encourage you to read our tips to make shopping in our online store easy and convenient for you.
Products can be selected from the categories at the top of the page. The search will be facilitated by filters located on the left side of the website, thanks to which products can be selected according to different OPTIONS (e.g. color, function, size, etc.)
How to place an order?
Diablo Chairs webiste allows to place an order on many ways.
Online
Place an order online in our store:
1. Select a product and add it to the shopping cart.
2. If you finished adding the items, go to the shopping cart (top right corner) and "Continue placing the order".
3. Sign in or register if you are a new customer. You can also shop without registration.
4. Provide your personal details necessary to complete the order.
5. Select "Delivery details" and "Delivery options", if you have any notes to the order, you can write them here.
6. Select "Payment method".
7. Order confirmation
Confirm the order and make the payment (if you choose „Down payment”).
8. After placing the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Time of processing
The order realization time is up to 48 hours. The delivery time depends on the destination country.
Up to 365 days * for product exchange or return
We know very well how difficult and important a decision is to choose the right chair. Therefore, in addition to your statutory 14 days to withdraw from the contract, we give you the option of returning the goods up to 365 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the provisions of our regulations. As a result, you will be able to calmly familiarize yourself with the product purchased from us. This is time free from the risk of a miss-purchase. 365 days is also the longest deadline for returning a product among Polish and foreign companies
