We are sorry but there is no such possibility.

The casters in Diablo Chairs products are made rubber which protects the floor from scratching.

We are sorry but there is no such possibility.
Do I have to send the whole chair or just the faulty part in case of a complaint?
You do not have to send a part or the chair - we will do it for you: in the event of a complaint, we will send a particular part or a whole new chair (depending on the type of damage) and collect damaged parts personally.
